How we work

How an engagement works

Every engagement begins with a conversation, not a proposal. Scope, deliverables, price and timeline are agreed before any work starts.

01 — First conversation

We listen to your context: your operations, the information you handle, the technology in place and what is on your mind right now. This conversation also confirms whether we are the right fit for you.

02 — Scope and proposal

We put in writing what will be done, what will not, the expected deliverables, the price and the timeline. Nothing starts until you have agreed to those four points.

03 — Delivery

The work is adapted to your environment and your cybersecurity maturity. We work alongside your teams rather than around them, and we flag anything that would change the agreed scope as soon as it appears.

04 — Deliverables and prioritization

You receive documented findings and recommendations ranked by risk, usable by your technical teams and by your leadership alike. Our recommendations are based on your risks, never on selling a product.

What this commits us to

We do not resell security software, hardware or services. We therefore have no interest in steering you towards one solution over another. That is what makes objective advice possible, and it is also what it commits us to: if the right advice is to buy nothing, we will say so.

Let’s discuss your cybersecurity priorities.

An initial, no-obligation conversation to understand your context, priorities and needs.
